Lena Oblaender
Laws prevent innovation, that's the thesis Lena defended during her M.A.
Next to city planning she did studies about the future of mobility in Africa. She works for Behnisch Architekten, but will support Guanaja Hills with her expertise and creative mind whenever she finds the time for it. She advocates lightweight construction, and local and ecological building styles and materials. -
Julia Karwath
Julia doesn't speak Spanish. She doesn't need to - she speaks numbers. Equipped with a business and an apprentice degree in finance and accounting, she invested in her first real estate project at age 22. Meanwhile she has exercised plenty more investments and will be our finance go-to-person. She lives and breathes for financial (and for that matter any other resource) efficiency and never misses to do a 'reality check' of the financial picture to the real world. She lives in Munich and works for a global turnaround and restructuring consulting firm.
